FAQ

What is the most common mistake when preparing a mold mix?

Before starting the process, be sure to read the entire instruction and pay attention to the water quality and temperature. Use only distilled or chilled boiled water (18-23 degrees). This is the most important rule!

If you violate this rule, you may not be able to lower your hands to the sculptural mass. The colder the water, the longer the mass hardens.

Therefore, read the instructions carefully and follow all points. Then you will create a masterpiece without any difficulty.

We also recommend extending the plaster setting time to 3 hours.

What is included in the 3D Memocasting Kit?

1) Top quality Italian alginate.

2) High strength sculptural plaster. Many manufacturers use gypsum with various impurities to reduce production costs. As a result, the figure is gray and not detailed enough. We use only the best plaster to give you the best results. After 3-5 days after making, the figure becomes completely white because it needs to dry completely.

3) The detailed instruction requires special attention because we have worked on it for a very long time, performing more than ten practical experiments.

4) Very convenient wooden tools for cleaning the figure from particles of print material.

5) Container or bucket. Specially selected for width, depth and volume.

6) This ingredient is invisible, but no less valuable because it is called the soul. Yes, we really put our hearts into it during six months of endless experiments, including the participation of experts in the field of chemistry, to get the formula of happiness.

Now you just have to enjoy the process, and if you have any questions, we are always ready to answer and help! Follow us on Instagram and ask questions directly. We are happy to answer them. https://instagram.com/memocasting

From what age can a figure be cast?

Alginate material is a material certified for working with mucous membranes, used in dentistry, so you don't have to worry about your skin, but you need to follow some safety measures:

• Children's hand casting should only be done under adult supervision
• Make sure there are no scratches or wounds on the baby's skin.

We recommend putting very young children's hands or feet in the bucket while they sleep.
